Lightning and Fight Stretch

30 Minute Boxing Circuit with functional strength and conditioning in-between rounds followed by a 30 minute Coach lead performance focused stretch.

Wednesday:

6:00 PM

HIIT Technical training (60 Minutes) 30 minutes of Powerful Interval Conditioning followed by one on one technical boxing coaching.
